1. This competition is promoted by Elegant Brands Limited (t/a Interior White), Terminus Road, Chichester PO19 8XT.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents except employees of Elegant Brands Ltd and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition.
3. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter this competition.
4. How to enter: Purchase the Richmond Shoe Rack from InteriorWhite.co.uk; Follow @InteriorWhiteLtd on Instagram; Post an image of your new shoe rack affixed to your wall to Instagram, tagging both @InteriorWhiteLtd and using the hashtag #LoveIW.
5. The opening date for entries is 27/01/2023. The closing date is 11:59pm on 27/02/2023.
6. Purchase necessary: Entrants must have bought the Richmond Shoe Rack on InteriorWhite.co.uk (priced at £49.99 as of 26/01/2023).
7. Only one entry allowed per household.
8. The prize is a refund on your order of the Richmond Shoe Rack (not including postage and packaging or any other items purchased during the transaction) back on to your initial payment method, totalling £49.99. The four customers selected as winners will be those deemed by the Company Director to have provided the best images of the Richmond Shoe Rack in use.
9. The prize is non-transferable.
10. No prize alternatives are available.
11. The winning four images taken by customers and used to enter this competition will be utilised in future adverts and promotions of the Richmond Shoe Rack and Interior White – by entering this competition, winners are giving their permission for the images to be used in the stated manner.
12. The four winners of the competition will be notified within 24 hours of the closing date. Where we require details from you, if you do not provide these within 28 days of notification we reserve the right to select a different winner.
13. All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. Elegant Brands Ltd reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.
14. The prize refund will be processed to the four winners within 3 working days of their individual notification. Elegant Brands Ltd reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
15. Any application containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be rejected. Any applications made on behalf of or for another person or multiple entries will not be included in the competition.
16. Elegant Brands Ltd’s decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.

24. Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
